I began having excruciating pain in my jaw and neck which rapidly got worse overnight. I called my dentist twice and never heard back from them so without any other option, my partner called Urgent Dental Care. The buffalo office was booked but they were able to get me in yesterday in Rochester. As soon as we got there, the staff, assistant and Dr. Laura were so wonderful. I felt right at ease. They gave me my options of a root canal or extraction, I went with the latter and they worked quickly and explained everything the whole time. I highly recommend the Rochester office and Dr Laura. I wish they were local because i would switch to them for general dentistry if I could.

Outstanding overall experience with the entire team. I'm a veteran and was having severe pain from my tooth. I called Monday evening, they we so friendly and were able to see me the following morning. I arrived at 9am and by 1020am I was already driving home. They did an extensive evaluation of my teeth and gums and found that I had cracked my back tooth in half. They were able to extract the tooth and immediately took away the pain. Very reasonable cost and nobody likes going to the dentist but they made the entire experience smooth, painless, and restored my smile. Thank u soo much to the entire team, if anyone needs urgent dental care I strongly recommend giving them a call. Thank you soo much.

I unfortunately went to my long time dentist and had a unpleasant experience.Luckily my wife found Dr. Ron at urgent dental services and they gave me an appt for the very next day. Marlene was wonderful from making appt to check in.Then the tech Alicia was fantastic and very calming to me.Dr. Ron came in performed the tooth extraction in no time and attended to my needs.I highly recommend these wonderful young professionals.They take the anxiety of stress away and truly. While in Rochester, from out town, I began suffering from a badly broken down tooth. I called Urgent Dental Care who was able to get me in within two hours. I would like to send appreciation (and much love) to Gabby and Kathleen M. I was a mess re an emergency dental issue (as well as other things that had me extremely upset. Stellar day) Never having met me, the amount of compassion was above and beyond! Gabby and Kathleen m. literally hugged me even before the procedure. Gabby held me so tight during the painful procedure (hope shes ok, lol) and Kathleen Again hugged me afterwards (who knew what I had been going thru) I had Never met them but felt like I'd been a patient forever but it was my 1st time there. Only wish they were re dds but glad to know they're there for emergencies. Great practice!

My husband had a broken tooth all the way up to the root that needed to be extracted, I called and we got an appointment for the same day Dr.Ron was very friendly and made us feel welcomed and heard and not rushed I would definitely recommend this office to anyone looking for emergency dental care!

Dr. Ron and the staff at Urgent Dental Care were absolutely phenomenal. I had an infected molar that was causing pain and I could not wait until my scheduled visit at my regular dentist for extraction. The staff was able to get me right in, calm my fears and remove the tooth. The staff called the next day to check on me and answered any questions I had. I would recommend their services to anyone.

Had an emergency, (wisdom tooth ignored until it was too late) Dr. Mike got me in same day and extracted it. I made an appointment showed up and within 30 minutes of signing in, I was paying my bill and signing out! The entire staff was Incredible, 10/10 recommend.

So happy with the care my daughter received here! How lucky we were to have an urgent dental care location close to where we were traveling!!
