I had two visits, first with Dr. Laura Larkin for an infection. She put me at ease as I was very nervous. After the exam, it was clear I was in need of a root canal. A horrible thought! I went home with antibiotics and a new appointment. I was back a week later with Dr. William Pugh. He was wonderful! He explained everything that was going to happen. We discussed my medical issues and throughout the process, he was checking on my comfort level. The root canal was not in any way the scary thing I had imagined. From the wonderful and caring staff to these two great dentists, my experience was top notch! I highly recommend this office if you have an emergent dental issue!!

I would love to give this place 10 STARS!! I had a dental emergency! They got me right in! Dr. Laura was amazing! The staff were amazing and understanding! They got me fixed up and feeling better! Thank you again!! Prices are reasonable as they do not take insurance. But they do offer payment plans if needed.

Had a great experience. Lost a molar filling and my molar began to break apart, so it had to be removed. Staff was professional, helpful and just a delight to interact with. Dr. Ron made quick work of the extraction and I’ve recovered with no issues.

Outstanding overall experience with the entire team. I'm a veteran and was having severe pain from my tooth. I called Monday evening, they we so friendly and were able to see me the following morning. I arrived at 9am and by 1020am I was already driving home. They did an extensive evaluation of my teeth and gums and found that I had cracked my back tooth in half. They were able to extract the tooth and immediately took away the pain. Very reasonable cost and nobody likes going to the dentist but they made the entire experience smooth, painless, and restored my smile. Thank u soo much to the entire team, if anyone needs urgent dental care I strongly recommend giving them a call. Thank you soo much.

I cannot say enough positive things about this establishment! Sunday night I called and a lovely woman, Lisa, answered the phone and was so sympathetic and friendly. She was able to get me an appointment on Monday, LESS than 24 hours! Dr Cyrus and Dental Assistant Shelly were both extremely friendly and informative through the entire process. Most people have fears going to the dentist but I can assure you if you go here there is ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to worry about. They take care of you with great attention to detail and always ensure you are comfortable the entire time. When everything was done Shelly went out of her way to ensure we had all the at home instructions and what to expects. She made sure I was very informed on what to do and also said to call anytime with follow up questions. Top notch company. Thank you to all the staff here from the bottom of my heart. You turned a tough painful situation into a great experience!

I needed emergency removal of a root canal and crown, followed by a bone graft. They got me in very quickly, made me feel comfortable, and did an excellent job on the dental work. Dr. Hughes was absolutely fabulous and has wonderful bedside manner. The prices were reasonable too. Highly recommended!

Dr. Fernandez was quite skilled in applying the numbing medicine and quick with the procedures. They offer payment plans if money is a concern. The staff was quick to fix issues. Overall a good experience. I would recommend to have an early appointment as the office can quickly fill up if you do not want to wait around the lounge. They will try their best to work with your schedule

From the second I walked into the office I knew my experience was going to be a good one. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, not sterile or scary like other offices I have been to. The phone operator and the front desk associate were both welcoming, kind, and totally professional. They explained exactly what would happen during my visit and had take a seat in their lovely waiting room. About five minutes later their awesome technician came out to greet me and take me to an exam room where he made me comfortable and did my x-rays. Shortly after that Dr. Jacobs came in, introduced himself, did an exam, explained exactly what was going on with my teeth and offered me options as to what he was able to do.....right there and then!! I decided upon an extraction and not only was it quick but it was completely painless. He and his technician then went over my aftercare and sent me on my way with a little care package of thing I needed. I checked out at the front desk where payment options were discussed. I paid the lovely ladies and headed home. I could not possibly be any happier with the care I received. 5 plus stars. I would definitely recommend this office to everyone who has dental emergencies.

Staff was very professional and caring. Got me seen quick, addressed the problem, and removed my broken tooth all very quickly same day. When other places were looking at weeks or months worth of consultations and office visits. Very grateful for Dr.Fernandez and Jessie and everyone there!

I had an appointment for an extraction of 2 teeth at an oral surgeon next week. However, over the weekend, my face blew up! I called urgent dental care and they gave me an appointment the next day. There was no waiting...I was the only one there at the time of my appointment. Dr. Park was very efficient and kind, and his assistant was awesome. He did x-rays to identify the problem, extracted the teeth, took another x ray to make sure all the pieces were out as it was a broken tooth, and instructed the assistant not to charge me for the last x-ray, which I greatly appreciated. All in all it was a seamless experience.... much better than I expected! Bonus...Dr. Park is in network with my dental insurance. I still had to pay upfront, but I will submit the bill and get reimbursed at the in network rate. 😁

Absolutely amazing experience. I had horrible tooth pain and needed it out immediately. Not only was the extraction 100% pain free and 100% comfortable but Dr. Totera and assistant Leah removed two imperfections from my front two teeth and they’re looking better than ever now. I can’t recommend or thank them enough. Also the receptionist was amazing and helpful and very understanding of my situation to get me set up. Thank you all and I will be back definitely if ever needed. Happy holidays

We had a quick, smooth, and incredibly positive experience at Urgent Dental Care during our trip to Western New York. My 5-year-old had experienced some trauma to his front tooth a while back, and as his permanent teeth started coming in, it caused irritation and inflammation around the dead root. One morning he woke up with a very swollen lip and gum, and I called several offices looking for help. Thankfully, someone recommended Urgent Dental Care. They got us in that same morning, and from the moment we walked in, the office staff was kind, efficient, and reassuring. Dr. Lisa was amazing with my son—gentle, clear, and compassionate. He ended up having his first tooth pulled, and he was so proud of how brave he was!
