Do I need an appointment or can I just walk in?
Walk-ins are welcome, appointments are always preferred.
How soon can I come in?
We schedule same day appointments.
When are you open?
We are open 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
Our phone operator is available 24/7 to answer your questions and schedule appointments.
Operating hours are:
M-F: 9am-9pm | Sat: 9am-5pm | Sun: 9am-1pm
Where are you located?
Rochester, NY: Located at 1740 Culver Road, Rochester, NY 14609 (near Donuts Delite and Empire Blvd).
Buffalo, NY: Located at 1265 Center Rd, Buffalo, NY, 14224 (near West Seneca East Middle School)
Syracuse, NY: Located at 5100 W Taft Rd Syracuse, NY 13088 at St Joseph’s Medical Building.
Bradenton, FL: Located at 1906 59th St W Suite C, Bradenton, FL 34209 at the Blake Medical Campus)
Do you offer a payment plan?
We offer payment plans through our third party vendors including: CareCredit, SunBit, Scratchpay and Cherry.
Do you accept insurance?
We are not in network with any insurance. However, if you have private dental insurance through your employer, we will gladly file a claim on your behalf so you may be reimbursed directly for the portion they may cover.
