We have provided a list of questions that we often get here at Urgent Dental Care®, with answers provided.
Do I need an appointment or can I just walk in?
We are only accepting appointments at this time due to Covid-19 in order to keep patients and staff safe.
How soon can I come in?
We schedule same day appointments.
When are you open?
We are open 7 days a week.
Monday – Friday: 9am to 9pm, Saturday: 9am – 5pm, and Sunday: 9am – 1pm.
However, our phone operator is available 24/7 to answer your questions and schedule appointments.
Where are you located?
Our office is located at 1740 Culver Road, Rochester, NY 14609 (near Donuts Delite and Empire Blvd).
We also are located at 1265 Center Rd, Buffalo, NY, 14224 (near West Seneca East Middle School)
We also are located at 1906 59th St W Suite C, Bradenton, FL 34209 (Blake Medical Campus)
Do you offer a payment plan?
We accept CareCredit – visit carecredit.com to apply.
We also accept SunBit.
Do you accept insurance?
We are not in network with any insurance. However, if you have private dental insurance through your employer, we will gladly file a claim on your behalf so you may be reimbursed directly for the portion they may cover.
